This study was carried out with the support of UNDP Partnership Support Office in the Russian Federation, within the framework of the project “Addressing violence against women in the Republic of Moldova: exploring and learning from local solutions”, implemented by UNDP in Moldova.

The research is divided in three parts:  

- Risk assessment of financial and economic factors affecting the increase in cases of violence against women in the ATU Gagauzia;

- Successful practice cases;

- Conceptual ideas for potential projects to prevent violence against women in the ATU Gagauzia.
