The infographics represent an analysis of the impact of corruption on women’s career development opportunities in the central administration of the Republic of Moldova. These illustrate perceptions and experiences of civil servants in central administration with regard to the level of corruption, its forms, transparency of the decision-making process from the gender perspective, and impact of these phenomena on the career development practices among men and women.

The infographics are produced by the Institute of Public Policies, with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) within the Project ”Strengthening the corruption prevention and analysis function of the National Anticorruption Center”, with the financial support of the Norwegian Government. Data were collected/processed by the Institute of Public Policies and Center of Sociological Investigations and Marketing Research „CBS-AXA”.
