The study "Equal access for all to polling stations" is a comparative analysis in March 2020 with that of June 2019 of accessibility conditions in precinct electoral bureaus from the single member constituency no. 38, Hincesti municipality. The document describes the degree of accessibility of 44 public institutions in which polling stations were organized in the new parliamentary elections of March 15, 2020. Previously, in June 2019, more than 600 public buildings were evaluated, including those in the constituency no. 38, Hincesti municipality.
