The study is an in-depth review of the business development services (BDS) market on both banks of the Nistru River. It provides a set of recommendations for the further development of the BDS market, as well as proposals for the mechanisms to enhance cross-river cooperation between stakeholders through joint development of the BDS market on both banks. The review has been elaborated based on international experience and lessons learned from developing the BDS markets in the EU and in post-conflict countries. Under this assignment, a series of interviews, online surveys and focus group meetings were carried out with selected actors from the BDS market from both banks of the Nistru River.
