Every country should ensure decent living conditions for the entire population, including people with disabilities. The level of their inclusion into the economic and social life is a critical indicator that defines the country’s level of development and quality of life. In this analytical note, we analyze the difference between the time used by people with disabilities and the rest of the population for employment, social life and use of public services, including transport. In order to find answers to these questions, we will use the results of the Time Use Survey carried out by the National Bureau of Statistics.
