The Assessment of Development Results (ADR) examines UNDP’s contributions to national development goals and its relevance and strategic position in Moldova. The evaluation focuses on the country programme period 2007–2011 (later extended to 2012), which comprised five thematic programmes: institutional development, environment and climate change,poverty reduction, local governance and regionaldevelopment, and justice and human rights.
